30-Day Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:

Opened or partially used pet food, treats, supplements, or consumable products cannot be returned or refunded once the seal has been broken.

Personal care items for pets (such as grooming serums, sprays, or dental products) are also non-returnable once opened.

Only unopened, sealed consumables and unused non-food items (e.g., toys, accessories, grooming tools) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customer Care Commitment
If your dog did not enjoy a product, please contact our Customer Care team at support@doggychups.com. While we cannot accept opened returns, we may offer store credit or a one-time replacement at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at support@doggychups.com to initiate the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
